Attendance Module
Okultek student management system has many feature-rich attendance modules. The institution can activate any of these features if it wishes. Generally, participation varies between daily participation, lecture-based participation, and barcode reading participation. An instant SMS and notification is sent to the parent of the student who is not in the course or institution during the attendance. Additionally, students and parents can access attendance reports from their own panels. The institution can also take daily or barcoded personnel attendance.

Daily Attendance: Students’ school attendance is monitored every day with automatic attendance. Attendance is taken by teachers in the classroom at times determined by the system. It is sent as SMS and notification to the parents of the students who do not come to the institution.

Course-Based Attendance: Students’ attendance for each course is recorded separately. Teachers can take course-based attendance and immediately intervene with missing students. In course-based participation, the system automatically sends SMS and notifications to the parents of missing students.

Barcode Reading: Attendance can be taken quickly and error-free by using student ID cards or special barcodes. Thanks to the barcode reading feature, manual errors are prevented and the process becomes faster.

Instant SMS and Notifications The system instantly sends SMS and notifications to the parents of missing students according to their attendance results. Parents can monitor their child’s attendance in real time and intervene when necessary.

Student and Parent Panel: Students and parents can access attendance reports by logging into their own accounts. Reports can be filtered and viewed daily, weekly or monthly. Students and parents can easily access their past attendance status and attendance history.
